Exhibit Info & Fees

 

At 21st ISC, there will be an exhibition area all days of the conference with tabletop booths open to all commercial exhibitors, which will offer equipment, supplies, services, and publications related to agricultural research. A professional audience of more than 500 participants is expected to attend. It will provide participants of the government, researchers, seed distributors, processers and trade associations to interact with exhibitions, and their related activities. The ISC 2024 exhibition area will provide companies and organizations valuable exposure to global consumers which can have a lasting impact on their current and future operations, as well as the general sunflower community.

Booth Fees and Information

 

Booth Rate: ¥10,000 (A minimum 50% deposit is required to reserve)

Booth area: 3 m x 3 m (9 m2)

* Exhibit space will be assigned based on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date upon which the application and deposit were received.

Paying by Bank Transfer

After online registration, you will be directed to make the payment through your bank. Please indicate the name of the participant and the institute. All payment must be made online; no cash will be accepted onsite at the conference.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation of your registration must be in writing. Please (indicate your full name, address, invoice number) in an email to isc2024@esanrui.com. Cancelations will be subject to the following conditions: Any cancellations before July 20, 2024 will be credited for a 60% refund. After that date, no refund will be issued.

 

Please Note

* In case of the cancellation, substitute participant(s) can be named anytime without extra charge. Refunds will be credited to the original bank account used for payment. 

* If the conference is cancelled for whatever reason, fees paid will be refunded.
