During the 21st ISC, we will organize a field trial demonstrating the worldwide diversity of sunflower hybrids. You are welcome to provide some of your hybrids for the trials, since there is no better way to showcase your best varieties and get global visibility. The optimal sowing dates are from May 20-June 10. Deadline for seed delivery is as soon as possible!

       To obtain import permits on time, please provide the basic information below and email Jiuhuan FENG at: srfengjh@lpht.com.cn as soon as possible.

       The official Import Licenses will be applied (generally one month) then email to you. With the Import Licenses, you should be able to apply for “phytosanitary Certificate” and “Certificate of Origin” on your own.

       Please follow the instruction below to prepare the samples, and urgently send the packing list to the address below. The organizing committee will provide the field signs with the names of the hybrids/institution during the demonstration trial.

Sample Requirements:

1. Sunflower types: oil, non-oil, or ornamental sunflower

2. Seed samples: up to 5 hybrids, 1 kg/sample, treated seeds

3. Required Documents:

    (1) Phytosanitary Certificate

    (2) Certificate of Origin

    (3) Proforma Invoice

    (4) Packing List

    (5) Tracking Number of Shipment
