Requesting a visa

Letter of Invitation

As part of the VISA application process, you may be required to submit an Invitation Letter from the conference. The Organizing Committee is offering assistance for the preparation of an Invitation Letter to facilitate the visa application process. In this case, we can waive the requirement of pre-registration for the conference. Please fill out the Letter Template with the necessary information for preparation of an Invitation Letter at least 4-6 months prior to the meeting, submitting it online.

The invitation letter may be an electronic version, but the consular officer may require the applicant to submit the original of the invitation letter. Please note an electronic letter of invitation will be sent to you via EMAIL if it is acceptable for visa purposes. A hard copy of the letter will not be provided unless required by the Embassy.

If you need other assistance, please Email Ke Wang at: isc2024@esanrui.com
