Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation of your registration must be in writing. Please (indicate your full name, address, invoice number) in an email to isc2024@esanrui.com. Cancelations will be subject to the following conditions: Any cancellations before July 20, 2024 will be credited for a 60% refund. After that date, no refund will be issued.

Please Note

* In case of the cancellation, substitute participant(s) can be named anytime without extra charge. Refunds will be credited to the original bank account used for payment. 

* If the conference is cancelled for whatever reason, fees paid will be refunded.
